3. Intellectual Property & Confidentiality
- Designs, drawings and technical files provided by customers remain the customer's property and are used solely to fulfil their orders.
- Designs developed under our ODM programs are transferred to the customer upon completion of agreed payments, unless otherwise contracted.
- Moulds and tooling charged to a customer are used exclusively for that customer's production.
4. Orders, Payment & Delivery
- Orders are confirmed upon written acceptance of our quotation / proforma invoice. Standard terms: 30% deposit, balance before shipment; T/T, Trade Assurance or L/C as agreed.
- Lead times commence upon receipt of deposit and confirmed specifications. We will notify you promptly of any anticipated delay.
- Risk passes to the buyer upon handover to the carrier; insurance can be arranged on request.
5. Quality & Liability
- Goods are warranted against manufacturing defects for 12 months from delivery, limited to repair, replacement or credit at our discretion.
- Claims must be raised within 14 days of receipt, with photographs and batch numbers.
- Our aggregate liability under any order is limited to the value of that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
6. External Links & Communications

7. Governing Law
