What is your minimum order quantity?
Wholesale begins at 100 pieces per SKU; bespoke OEM/ODM collaborations from 300–500 pieces. Trial quantities are considered for new partners with serious intent.
Do you provide free samples?
Stock samples (1–2 units) are free for verified trade buyers — you cover courier only. Custom samples carry a fee that is 100% credited against your first bulk order. See our Sample Policy page for details.
How do I place an order?
Send an inquiry with your target SKU and quantity → we reply with a quotation within 12 hours → confirm with a proforma invoice → 30% deposit → production → balance before shipment. See full terms on our Terms page.

What sensors are built into your jewelry?
Depending on model: optical heart rate, HRV, skin temperature, SpO₂ and accelerometer. All data syncs to our iOS/Android app, and a white-label SDK is available for your own branded app.
Is the jewelry really waterproof?
Smart rings are IP68 (swim-proof); bracelets and pendants are IP67 (splash and rain resistant). Every unit is pressure-tested before packing.
Can I get exclusive designs for my market?
Yes. Under ODM programs, exclusive moulds with territory protection are available from 2,000 pieces per SKU, with full IP transfer of the design files.

What are your lead times?
Samples 5–7 days · stock orders 10–15 days · custom OEM/ODM 25–40 days depending on complexity. Lead times start upon deposit and confirmed specifications.
Which certifications do you hold?
CE, FCC, RoHS and ISO 9001, with UN38.3 and MSDS battery documentation for every smart piece. Test reports ship free with samples and orders. Full details on our Certifications & QC page.
Can I arrange third-party inspection?
Absolutely — we support SGS, TÜV, Bureau Veritas and Intertek inspections (PSI / DUPRO / CLC) at any stage, and welcome buyer audits and live video factory tours.
Shipping & Payment

Which payment terms do you accept?
T/T (30% deposit, 70% before shipment), Alibaba Trade Assurance for buyer protection, and L/C for substantial orders.
How do you ship, and who pays freight?
DHL / FedEx / UPS for samples; sea or air freight for bulk. We ship DAP/DDP to most markets or FOB Shenzhen/Guangzhou — whichever suits your logistics.
What if goods arrive damaged or defective?
Report within 14 days with photos and batch numbers. Manufacturing defects are covered by a 12-month warranty — repair, replacement or credit at our discretion.
